CANCELLATION REQUEST FORM

Please fill out this form and click the “Submit Button” to cancel your reservation for the Quacker Cruise 2011. Once your request is received, it will be time-dated and the cancellation will be processed. Click Here to View Cancellation Penalties!  If you are due a refund, the credit will appear on your bank statement within the next two billing cycles.  If you paid by check, a refund check will be sent to the name and address on record.

We are sorry that you have decided to cancel your reservation. If you decide to rebook, a portion or all of the cancel fees (if applicable) may be re-issued to your new reservation. A rebooking fee of $50.00 per person will apply.
