Option 1:  ON YOUR OWN

Should you elect to provide your own air transportation, note that transfers from the airport to the Oasis of the Seas are not included, but are available for purchase, and available only on the cruise departure day (October 8) and cruise return date (October 15). Plan to arrive at the Ft. Lauderdale airport (FLL) early enough should you encounter flight delays! We recommend arriving no later than 1:00pm on October 8. Return flights from Ft. Lauderdale should not be arranged before 11:30am on October 15.

Note: You must submit your flight schedule in writing to Cruise Everything 30 days prior to sailing to guarantee transfers. Should you wish to utilize frequent flyer miles, note that these seats typically book up months in advance.

Option 2:  CHOICE AIR

At Royal Caribbean’s ChoiceAir website you can purchase airline tickets at the best prices, on virtually any airline, and even have access to some terrific ChoiceAir Specials. Once booked, you'll know your itinerary in advance, your carrier and seat assignments, and that your flights fit perfectly with your cruise vacation. Ground transportation between the airport and seaport is also available at an additional cost. You will need your Cruise Line booking ID when making ChoiceAir reservations.

ChoiceAir: Assured Arrival gives you peace of mind by knowing, if and when flight schedules are disrupted, we're with you 24/7 working with our airline partners to rebook your flights. 

Should you have any problems when booking your Air, or if you would like to make a change to an existing ChoiceAir reservation, our Support Desk (800) 533-7803 is available Monday–Friday from 8 AM–8 PM EST and weekends from 9 AM–8 PM EST.

 

Before you travel

If you need to make changes to your itinerary after booking, we'll work with the airlines to make the changes for you, with no additional fees other than what the airlines may impose.

We'll monitor flights to make sure that air travel disruptions don't ruin your vacation. If your scheduled flight is changed, we'll work with the airline to get you on another flight that gets you to your cruise on time.

While you travel

We'll continue to monitor flights to identify air travel disruptions that could jeopardize your timely arrival at the ship. If any flight disruptions or delays occur, we'll be prepared to assist you. In the event of a delay that causes you to miss your ship, we'll work with you and our airlines for 48 hours to find a reasonable alternative so you can meet up with your ship at the next port (when feasible).

If there is a disruption to your cruise schedule that causes you to miss your return flight, we'll work with you and the airline to get you on another flight at no additional cost.

Fees

Royal Caribbean charges guests a $15 service fee for domestic travel and a $25 fee for international travel. If you do not have Pre Cruise Concierge service, Cruise Everything will be happy to assist you in making your ChoiceAir reservations for an additional $25 per person service fee.

ChoiceAir Plus

As an alternative to ChoiceAir, guests can take advantage of ChoiceAir Plus. ChoiceAir Plus provides our guests with access to professional agents that give customized, concierge-style travel arrangements. ChoiceAir Plus has all the same benefits of regular ChoiceAir for $35 plus the standard service fee. Contact the ChoiceAir Support Desk at (800) 533-7803.

Please Note: The Department of Homeland Security will now require all Domestic US Airlines and International Airlines flying to/from the US to collect and forward the following information for each passenger: Passenger's Full Name (as it appears on government issued IDs i.e. Passport, Driver's License), Date of Birth and Gender. Please contact your airline no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to flight departure to confirm your flights and provide them with this required information. Failure to do so may result in check-in delays or denied boarding. If you have any questions, please contact the airline directly.

**Insurance Upgrade: Please note that if you have purchased the non-refundable Travel Guard Cancellation coverage and book your air through Group Cruise Air or through ChoiceAir, we will increase your Travel Guard Insurance Policy Premium so that your total trip cost will include the added air costs. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

 

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Ease into your cruise adventure by letting Royal Caribbean safely get you to/from the ship with one of our easy to purchase ground transfers.

Transfer Program

When purchasing Air Arrangements through Royal Caribbean International (the Group Air Package), the ground transportation between the airport and the ship is included. Should you purchase the Royal Caribbean hotel package with your cruise and air, your transportation is included between the airport, hotel and ship.

Making Your Own Air Travel Arrangements?
If you choose to make your own air arrangements or book air through the ChoiceAir Travel Program you may wish to purchase ground transportation to the ship. Transfers are available for purchase from the arrival airport to the pier on day of sailing and from the pier to the departure airport on debarkation day only.

Transportation is available for our cruise from both the Fort Lauderdale and Miami airports to pier.

If you are interested in the adding the transfers, Please call Cruise Everything and we will add them to your package. It is recommended that transfers are purchased four weeks prior to sailing. Please remember we require your flight information in order to promptly meet all guests.

You may also choose to take a taxi from the airport to the ship and vice-versa. Taxi rates run from $10–$15 from the Fort Lauderdale airport to the pier. Taxis will also be available at the cruise port when the ship arrives.

FLORIDA RESIDENTS – MOTORCOACH TRANSPORTATION

If you live in one of the following Florida cities and would like to take a bus to Fort Lauderdale, Royal Caribbean can help! Cruise Connection of Florida provides service for our Florida Motor Coach Program. For $75 per person round-trip, you can leave the driving to us! There are four bus routes that originate in Ocala, Daytona, Clearwater, and Tampa, and make stops in other cities along the way. Please see below if your city is along the route. Bus pick-up times usually begin at 5:30 to 6 AM on the morning of the cruise, and depart the pier on return date as soon as all ticketed guests have cleared the ship and boarded the bus. Please call Cruise Everything if you would like to add this to your cruise package.
